Service Description

During subsequents sessions, we will: - re-evaluate your progress, deal with questions or concerns about assigned exercises - progress / instruct new exercises if appropriate - further discuss goals and desires for movement imporvement Each session comes with a follow up email with instructions &/ or videos for exercises prescribed.
