I am a life loving chiropractor who passionately believes that we were all meant to live a full life of laughter, love, play, and enjoyment. I try to both live and move with purpose.
I am a new Momma, a wife to a fantastically accepting husband, and alpha dog to a little terrier named Piper.
I am an avid (yet slow) trail runner, a cyclist, and a newbie mountain biker. I am an aspiring triathlete, a hopeful Ironwoman, and I cry during the Olympics.
I snowboard when you can find snow, ski only across country, and run in snowshoes. I do yoga when I can find time, SUP if the opportunity arises and am optimistic that I will someday be able to call myself a surfer.
I love to read, and I can’t stop learning, or eating delicious food. I find this thing called life pretty dang fascinating. Join me won’t you?
My family practice includes athletes of all ages, expectant mothers, active kids and weekend warriors.
I especially like working with those humans looking to make their body function properly, move more, increase life enjoyment and play, and do this all while remaining pain free. Particularly as it relates to their foot and hip function.
I believe in informative and collaborative care above all else.
I am constantly on the hunt to learn better therapies to help my patients and for new teaching strategies to implement with them in the clinic.
I try to share as much knowledge as I can to help you make daily choices that will better your movement, improve your abilities, and increase the enjoyment you desire in life!
